William S. Novak, Architect, PC is comprised of William S. Novak, Architect and Wilcox Construction Management, Inc.

As a licensed, registered architect, William S. Novak, AIA, presides over both firms. For over 30 years, he has designed and managed some of the largest commercial and high-end residential projects from New York City to Montauk, for high profile clients, and has been interviewed and profiled in home magazines around the state.

William S. Novak, Architect, PC is an architectural firm dedicated to project design and production of construction drawings utilizing the latest in AutoCAD drafting technology. Meticulous attention to detail is given to construction document preparation. Since 1994, the firm has offered comprehensive design services including architecture, interior design and space planning in conjunction with consultant engineers (Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical.)

Wilcox Construction Management, Inc. was formed as a result of client requests for William Novak to represent them and oversee quality control and continuity on the projects designed by Willian S. Novak, Architect, PC. Using a dependable and professional roster of contractors and subcontractors, his team manages the entire construction process of exterior and interior architectural design, building and landscaping. Wilcox Construction Management works on the owner's behalf to obtain and negotiate bids, and to schedule and adhere to deadlines and budgets.

William S. Novak, Architect, PC and Wilcox act as design/build team to assure design concept integrity is maintained throughout the building process. By eliminating a 3rd party for necessary revision decisions, costly mistakes are eliminated. Through the integration of Architectural Design and Construction Management, our client's aesthetic and functional needs are realized in a shorter amount of time.
